On the milling side, with the AXA VHC 50-3000 M as the most advanced machine, we can both rotate and mill in an installation, as the machine is equipped with a 1,250 mm 35 kW turntable that can handle 4 tons workpieces and a maximum turning diameter of 1,500 mm. The machine is equipped with 60 pcs. SK50 milling tools and 18 pcs. Capto turning tools so that even very complicated subjects are completed in one workflow. The machine is also equipped with a U-axis with a controlled fin drill head, which means that rotating tasks can be performed horizontally and offset for the center vertically while the workpiece is in the machine.
In addition to the FD machine, we have a number of CNC controlled milling machines covering 3 axle milling up to 1,500 x 800 x 900 mm, as well as smaller 4 axle parts.
